Climactio, under the leadership of Kaustav Dutta, a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience in financial audits and sustainability reporting has recently ventured into CBAM consultation and carbon markets in addition to sustainability consulting, reporting and assurance services etc.

Climactio is an Indian company backed by domestic and international investors.

To provide services in the CBAM and ESG strategy domain, it has entered into an understanding with Ventum Consulting Gmbh to provide a world class service delivery model bringing in Ventum’s expertise in the field of CBAM compliance / ESG strategies and Climactio’s in depth knowledge of Indian markets and understanding of challenges faced by exporters / companies in India.

Thus, It is currently in the process of building a multi-disciplinary team /network of engineers, product life cycle experts, accountants and MBAs to serve more clients in India on CBAM compliances/strategies.

Further, Climactio expects more and more exporters from India needing such services as CBAM enters into its definitive phase starting January 2026.

On ESG reporting the Company focusses on BRSR reporting advisory services and IFRS (S1 and S2) including transition into IFRS.

On ESG assurance the Company is competent to issue opinions under ISAE3000 and SSAE3000 on ESG reports.
